The outcome could only go one way if the Chief U.S. District Judge John Walker isn't frightened of the political implications of reality. The arguments and the notion of the same rights for all people show the decision should only invalidate the hateful law. And the haters are looking for cover on the diecision which will be released between 1pm and 4pm today. Unfortunately, the US Supreme Court, the ultimate court for the suit, is extremely biased and most likely just waiting to restore the rights breaking measure to it's original place.
