This is being passed around. I don't see any other definitive news. There is a legal document attached that the printer option says is 138 pages long so I can't peruse it before I go to work. I can't tell if it's a summation of the case or the decision. Google News has no news at this moment. That may change within minutes or NY Mag is jumping the gun.
